Last week I was invited onboard the recently refit, 150′ Trinity, CARPE DIEM II, for an amazing lunch to introduce the new chef onboard, Chef Robert Ginsberg. Captain Alan Tookey and his professional crew of eight were on point the entire time and everything was perfect except for the rainy weather that day. Chef Robert has been in the yachting industry for over 10 years including a world cruise on a previous yacht. His passion for cooking has lead him to work with legends such as James Beard, Julia Child and Anthony Bourdain.
