Last week I was invited onboard the recently refit, 150′ Trinity, CARPE DIEM II, for an amazing lunch to introduce the new chef onboard, Chef Robert Ginsberg. Chef Robert has been in the yachting industry for over 10 years including a world cruise on a previous yacht.
