This is a durable product, with a life cycle of approximately 8 years. In covering the boat, the vinyl acts as a waterproof barrier and shield, protecting and preserving the surface from the elements including UV damage and minor scuffs and abrasions. If however the boat is damaged, the vinyl can easily removed and repaired. If you fancy a new colour, this can easily be achieved by applying new vinyl panels, creating a completely new aesthetic in a  few days!

Luxury Yacht Charter Broker Boatbookings.com Gets Even Better!

As the Summer season comes to a close, following the spectacles of the Cannes Boat Show and the Monaco Yacht Show, Boatbookings.com have begun work on its ever-changing website, with the introduction of a few new features and pages.

Our newest and most exciting feature is the new chat function on our website. If you’re looking to charter a luxury yacht, and you’re looking at a specific page on Boatbookings.com, what easier way to find out some more information about it than to click on the live help at the bottom right-hand corner. From there, you will be connected to one of our charter specialists, who will do their best to help with each and every question you might have.

On top of this fantastic new addition to our site, we’re proud to introduce two of our newest pages. The first of which is our page dedicated to the Nioulargo Beach Club in St Tropez, which is one of the hottest places to be, at the heart of Pampelonne Beach, if you’re not interested in taking a trip to Club 55!

Nioulargo Beach Club benefits from being able to offer two restaurants. The first, specialising in Mediterranean and Provencal Cuisine, along with a host of delicious wines. The second, Kailargo offers the very best in Indo-Chinese and Asian cuisine in an exotic environment. Project ATLAS, a new 110m Superyacht Charter Concept!

Project ATLAS is a new and exciting Superyacht concept collaboration between H2 Yacht Design and Laurent Giles Superyacht Architects. ATLAS is a modern motor yacht which combines the efficiencies of sail power, to improve its green credentials. She will be a contemporary 5 deck Superyacht, yet demonstrates the elegance that is possible with the combination of a motor / sail yacht.

Like most modern Superyachts, ATLAS will feature a simple and elegant design, creating a contemporary yet classic aesthetic appearance. She will feature a combination of striking and soft flowing curves, with spacious decks, making her a very popular choice for entertaining friends, families and event groups. She will feature a 7m infinity swimming pool, including a waterfall feature which leads to a swim platform. She will also feature twin Jacuzzi’s, as well as large sunbathing areas and a bar/ stylish lounge area, even more reason why she would be the perfect yacht for large events. The yacht is architecturally designed to make the most of the sun, with the inclusion of an open sundeck, perfect for sun fanatics!

ATLAS’s exterior will feature a large skylight which will flood the interior of the yacht with natural light. Each guest suite will incorporate a private balcony. The vessel will incorporate the most modern tenders and toys, yet will be discrete and these will remain out of sight, emphasising the focus on aesthetics. ATLAS will be able to cruise easily at 16 knots with the use of both motor and sails, saving between 40% and 60% on fuel, as well as increasing the range. This is a realistic achievement and will outperform any other ‘green solution’ on the market. There are active stabilisers that can be used under power and at anchor, which will ensure comfort on the water. Moreover, the natural damping of the sails offer free stabilisation.

There is a diesel electric power plant, which is designed to be totally flexible with the use of the sails. The diesel electric combination can alone power the vessel to a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range without sail assist of 6,000 nautical miles.  She is designed for up to 20 guests and is ideal for extended cruising. Luxury Yacht Charter for Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2012

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is widely renowned as one of the most exciting and fascinating races in the World Tour. This year will be no different. Will Sebastian Vettel be able to knock Fernando Alonso off his top spot by the time this race comes around, or will the Abu Dhabi race at the Yas Marina circuit prove to be the most important race of the year, only time will tell.

The emirate of Abu Dhabi is much larger than the others, making up some 87% of the country’s total area. With oil said to be a resource which will run out by 2100, it is no surprise that the emirate is making the most of this priceless resource, creating what only can be described as a mecca for the most luxurious of lifestyles. Unlike Dubai, Abu Dhabi remains a distinctive Arab city, as well as being green and lush. There is also a lack of traffic jams compared to Dubai, making it a much more pleasant and appealing place to live. After closely watching Dubai’s phenomenal growth, Abu Dhabi has chosen its development projects wisely, and while the laid-back feel might eventually change, the local Emirate flavour of the capital appears certain to remain!
