The world of surfing turns its attention to the South Pacific island ofFijiat this time of year, as the Fiji Pro surfing tournament is held at the world renowned Cloudbreak, near Tavarua Island off the west coast of Fiji.The women’s competition was won last week by Johanne Defay of France, and the men’s competition starts on the 5th June. Many watersports and sailing enthusiasts turn up just to watch the action, a fabulous way to pass a few days on your yacht charter Fiji.

Currently Daniel Ricciardo is setting the pace after an impressive second practice in Monaco yesterday. There is no denying that the 26 year old Australian is keen for first place after beating Hamilton by 0.606 seconds, followed closely by Monaco GP Champion Nico Rosberg. Hamilton has also admitted that Mercedes are “going to have a battle on [their] hands” when qualifying takes place on Saturday.
