The 2014 show is unprecedented in number of boats and their size! Asia’s largest yachting show will feature more boats than ever in the 70 to 95-foot range, as well as two superyachtsover 100-foot!
The amazing Azimut 105 is the largest yacht to be presented at PIMEX 2014!

On Friday 2nd November, we, the Boatbloggings team were present at the Salon de la Plaisance du Golfe de St Tropez, at the Marines de Cogolin. As Boatbloggings.com is the news site for Boatbookings.com, meeting and networking with many suppliers was very important.
Of the yachts on show, many were for sale, but we had two highlights of the day, which we would love to share with you.
Med 48
The Med 48 is a new build yacht available for charter for the 2013 Summer season, from St Tropez. She is a beautiful new design which reminded us of a Van Dutch, with a sleek and modern exterior. Her interior was spacious, with two double cabins both en suite and a small galley area too. One of our favourite parts of her was her was her sunbed area, which can be configured in many different ways, from two benches facing each other with a table in the middle, two benches facing the same way, to collapsing the seats down to reveal a full sunbed, with enough room for several to comfortably enjoy the sun. The Mandurah Boat Show is Western Australia’s largest boating event and will take place between the 12th and 14th October. The Show is an ideal avenue for exhibitors to present their products and services with the view to successfully launching new products into the market. The Show is also an event that visitors enjoy attending each year, with entertainment and attractions to suit the whole family, at a very reasonable price. The 2012 Mandurah Boat Show will be an exciting event, showcasing the best that Western Australia has to offer. Non-stop entertainment and attractions, and a diversity of information, demonstrations and activities on all aspects of the boating lifestyle pursuits will be presented. From cooking demonstrations, fashion parades and product reviews on the Club Marine Lifestyle Stage; to yachting info, kayaking demos, jet ski and water skiing, and “how to go boating” demonstrations on the water; to live fishing demonstrations, tips and travel info on the Western Angler Super Fishing stage.
Check out the new Sunseeker Manhattan 73, which has just arrived in Australia and is being released at the Show. Sunseeker will also be displaying four other motor yachts including, direct from the Sydney International Boat Show – the Western Australia release of the 53 Manhattan. Other big boats on display this year will include the release of the Squadron 65 Series 2 from Fairline– the first series 2 in Australia! The new 65 Series 2 has increased in size and is sure to impress. Fairline will also be displaying the Targa 58 and the Squadron 42.
Sunseeker Manhattan 73
Princess Yachts will be displaying the magnificent 38 knot performance V85-S, a high performance sports yacht that will take your breath away! Also on display will be the latest Princess 64 Flybridge motor yacht. First time to the Mandurah Boat Show is the V45 convertible express cruiser and the Australian release of the Princess 42 Flybridge motor yacht. Riviera are bringing the stunning 75 Enclosed Flybridge, which has an immense four cabin, four bathroom layout. Riviera are also displaying the 5800 Sport yacht and the 53 enclosed flybridge.

The Show has an ideal location at the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club, within the award winning Mandurah Ocean Marina.
