Super Yacht of the Week: AMADEUS
They say chocolate is the way to anyone’s heart, and we agree. 70m AMADEUS is this week’s super yacht of the week, boasting the accolade for the best overall chocolate dessert in the chef’s competition at the MYBA Charter Show in Genoa. We know how important service is for unforgettable charter experiences too, not to worry when you step onboard AMADEUS as she also achieved 1st place in the Yacht Service Award. As well as these accolades to her name, she also boats some of the finest performance and largest volumes available today.
Inspired: Pineapple Panna Cotta
Last week at the MYBA Charter Show, the team were lucky enough to sample some of the finest cuisine onboard some of the world’s best charter yachts. We have been inspired by the pineapple panna cotta, served on RIMA II, and have come up with a recipe for anyone who wants to try it!
For the Panna Cotta
½ cup whipping cream
1 can of coconut milk (398ml)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 lime, juiced and zested
2 tbsp dark rum
1 tbsp vanilla
1 pack powdered gelatin
The Second Edition of the Mediterranean Yacht Show in Nafplion
For the second consecutive year, the lovely Greek town of Nafplion hosted the most prestigious Yacht Show in the East Med: members of the team attended the Mediterranean Yacht Show in order to evaluate the best yachts for your charter!
This year the show was a big success, with 60 luxury yachts attending: the crème de la crème of the Greek fleet! Nafplion is a city that combines traditional charm, a lovely port and many historical monuments.
