Our St George’s Day Choice – The Sunseeker!

The 23rd of April marks St George’s Day, so we’re celebrating with a yacht from the iconic English brand, Sunseeker. The British Sunseeker is the preferred yacht of British secret agent James Bond, first appearing in the famous chase along the Thames in London towards the Millennium Dome; all in all, the Sunseeker yacht is now synonymous with Britain and England.

However, we know that the typical English weather (anyone for picnics in the rain?!) isn’t the best suited to yachting, which is why many Sunseekers are available to charter in the south of France, Spain and beyond. Well, they wouldn’t be called Sunseekers if they weren’t, would they?

Super Yacht of the Week: THUMPER

This week we bring you something completely new, and an incredible opportunity to charter one of the largest and newest Sunseekers on the water this summer! THUMPER was launched in 2014, and at 40.05 metres she has everything you could ever want for your perfect charter vacation. Her very proud new owners will offer the floating paradise for charter at both the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix before she blazes her way to the glorious Balearics in time for the buzz of the season in Ibiza!

Super Yacht of the Week: BLUSH

Following on last week’s theme of yachts that hold a special place in our heart this year, our final super yacht of the week for 2014 is BLUSH. We’ve been watching BLUSH’s movements since she was revealed earlier this year, a rumoured £25 million new-build from Formula 1 mogul Eddie Jordan. The 47-metre yacht is Sunseeker’s flagship creation and the largest yacht ever built at the British based shipyard. Following her reveal the yachting industry awaited her launch with baited breath, and we were not disappointed!
