Ever wondered what it is like to be wined and dined on a beautifully crafted specimen of Dutch Nautical Heritage? Well we can tell you! Yesterday evening we were lucky enough
to be invited on board ATALANTA where we experienced first hand the joys of classic sixties style cruising. The teak-on-steel frame motor yacht was in pristine condition; her brass fittings lovingly polished to a warm burnish and her teak decks inviting you to walk around and experience her with your bare feet. Built in 1958 by the ‘de Vries shipyard’ she is every inch the perfect place to entertain and to cruise the French and Italian Rivieras in an elegant and comfortable environment.
We were welcomed on board by the Captain Adam and stewardess Diana, who produced some of the most amazing cuisine we have experienced on the French Riviera, including a delicious chocolate and espresso cake for dessert. This boat is a definate one for your charter wish-list!
