MYBA and Caribbean Charter Terms:
When chartering in the West Mediterranean, the Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance, such as fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other expenses) are generally calculated at 25-30% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (15-20% of the Charter Fee left to the discretion of the Charterer).

When chartering in the Caribbean, the charter fee includes the services of a captain and crew, meals, standard ship’s bar, fuel, cruising taxes, permits, and all expenses related to running the vessel and using onboard sports equipment. The charter fee does not include (optional) crew gratuities, premium beverages and fine wines, excessive alcoholic consumption, off-yacht excursions, dockage, telephone, airport transfers, or similar expenses incurred by the Charterer.

Taxes, relocation fees, cruising permits, and licenses may be extra.
