Water Toys:
The use of all personal watercraft, including jet skis, is only permitted if the operator has the appropriate license and meets local operating regulations. In the Mediterranean, we would advise all guests interested in obtaining an RYA Personal Water Craft (PWC) Licence to use the water toys onboard safely.

Charter Terms:
The Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance, such as fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other costs) are generally calculated at 30-40% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (10-20% of the Charter Fee left to the discretion of the Charterer).
