Explore the magical Ionian Islands

With the New Year’s holidays in the past, we traditionally experience a surge in charter bookings, clients got together during Christmas and New Years and having decided about their summer plans, they proceed with selecting yachts for their sunny escapades in the Med. We know the ideal destination, matched with a motor yacht which is the choice of our Greek broker!

Heavily influenced by neighboring Italy, the Ionians are distinctly different than the more popular Cyclades; trees hugging the coast, a myriad of small, protected bays and islets and multi-colored houses make for an ideal cruising ground.

Moreover, the Ionians are blessed with calm weather – something that is definitely appealing to those who do not want to be rocked by the Northern Meltemi winds that occur in the Cyclades during July and August.

Alas, there are very few boats actually based in the Ionians, mainly due to the fact that Greek Yacht owners live in Athens and they wish to have their vessels based next to them. One of the exceptions is FELIGO; a lovely 110 foot motor yacht, built in 2008 by renown Cantieri di Pisa, Feligo is traditionally based in Corfu Island for the summer.

Enjoy the sun or have a cocktail under the large retractable awning on the flybridge.

Accommodating up to 12 guests in 4 luxuriously appointed cabins (master, VIP and 2 twins with extra pullman berths), Feligo also has an office area on the main deck that can be converted to a double cabin with ensuite facilities. The interiors are decorated in light shaded colours, with rich light oak panellings and give an impression of modern-chic luxury.

Contact our expert broker in Greece and start organising your Corfu yacht charter! Availability will not last for long, especially for the high July and August season
