London Boat Show 2013 Review, Part I

We have just returned from this years London Boat Show, which showcased once again some of the latest yachts from Riva, Sunseeker, Fairline and Princess, as well as yachting gadgets, ribs, clothing and a fleet of the fastest supercars. We were extremely excited about seeing the new Sunseeker Predator 68 motor yacht, which certainly did not disappoint. Compared to the previous model, the 68 has improved on every level. The entertaining spaces are second to none, in particular an incredible aft deck, featuring some of the best sunbathing spaces that we've seen. Accommodation is provided in 3 cabins, including a master and a double VIP, which are designed in typical Sunseeker style. Sophistication and luxury are two words that go hand in hand with this yacht.

The brand new San Remo edition was also on show and was a truly remarkable yacht for its size. The large windows on the main deck and panoramic roof provided light throughout the whole yacht. Once again the decks were perfect for sunbathing with close family, as well as providing al fresco dining and great comfort. This yacht would not look out of place in even the most prestigious ports in the world so we expect great things from this yacht.

It was also great to see some Sunseeker classics on show, which showcased how the company has evolved in the past 30 years. We particularly liked the Mustang 20, which featured seating for 5 with great performance and style. The Mustang 20 could hit speeds of up to 50 knots from its Volvo V8 engine which is quite impressive from a yacht of its time.
