Charter Terms:
MYBA Charter Terms: The Charter Fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators and water sports, equipment, all running costs, harbour fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, local taxes, are additional.
The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance such as fuel, dockage, food, drink and all other expenses) are generally calculated at 25% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (10-20% of the Charter Fee left to the discretion of the Charterer).
