MYBA Charter Terms:
The charter fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

Thus, an additional APA allowance calculated at 25% of the charter fee is required. Spanish VAT is also due which is usually 21% of the charter fee, but may vary depending on the charter area.

In the winter months 2024 and 2025 in the Bahamas the Charter fee is $84,000 + 25% APA and local taxes of 14% (10% VAT and 4% Tax). Christmas and New Years week has a Charter fee of $100 000 + APA and local taxes.
