MYBA Charter Terms:
The Charter Fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

Thus, an additional APA allowance is required for fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other expenses which are generally calculated at 25% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities which are 6.5% of the charter fee for 2023 bookings and 13% of the charter fee for 2024 bookings.
