Caribbean Inclusive Charter Terms:
When chartering in the BVI, the Charter Fee includes the services of a captain and crew, meals, standard ship’s bar, fuel, cruising taxes, permits, and all expenses related to running the vessel and using onboard sports equipment. The charter fee does not include (optional) crew gratuities, premium beverages and fine wines, excessive alcoholic consumption, off-yacht excursions, dockage, telephone, airport transfers, or similar expenses incurred by the Charterer.
Taxes, relocation fees, cruising permits, and licenses may be extra.
MYBA Charter Terms:
When chartering in Caribbean, the Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, running costs, harbor fees, food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.
The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance, such as fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other costs) are generally calculated at 25-30% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (10-20% of the Charter Fee left to the discretion of the Charterer).
