Captain Only Charter Terms:
The charter fee for PANDORA covers a captain-only charter for up to 6 guests and includes the services of a professional captain, fuel for local cruising, onboard WiFi, snorkel gear, a paddleboard, beach games, high-quality linens and towels, and the Captain’s Concierge Service. This service includes provisioning assistance, galley support, after-meal clean-up, daily saloon tidying, mid-week linen refreshes, restaurant and excursion reservations, coordination of moorings, anchoring, trash disposal, ice, and water sport activities, together with local cruising guidance, activity recommendations, safety briefings, restaurant advice, and themed music playlists. Captain-only rates also include toys and consumables such as fuel, mooring, and trash disposal. For charters in the BVI, cruising tax is included in the rate. For charters in the Bahamas, a 14% VAT is not included, and a relocation fee of USD 2,000 applies.

The charter fee does not include yacht provisions, travel expenses, airport-to-yacht and yacht-to-airport transfers, dockage, land excursions, any expenses incurred ashore, crew gratuities, or applicable taxes not expressly included in the rate. For Bahamas charters, the 14% VAT shall be payable by the Charterer in addition to the charter fee. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the only mandatory extras payable by the Charterer are yacht provisions and applicable taxes and fees.
