MYBA Charter Terms:
The charter fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

Thus, an additional APA allowance for fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other expenses generally calculated at 30-40% of the charter fee is required. VAT is also due which is 12% of the charter fee and is determined by applicable tax legislation, subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder, or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in the total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.
