The Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, running costs, harbor fees, food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.
The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance, such as fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other costs) are generally calculated at 30-40% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (10-20% of the Charter Fee left to the discretion of the Charterer).
