King airport on St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. Should you choose to fly into St. Thomas, you would then take a ferry or private water taxi to Tortola.
Ferries typically have a set pickup and drop-off location and schedule, with tickets that can be purchased through individual companies in advance. We recommend using Road Town Fast Ferry, Native Son Inc. Ferries, or Smith Ferries. Ferry tickets are also typically the cheaper option.
Alternatively, you can rent a private water taxi, which allows you to choose your pickup and drop-off location. The customs process is relatively quicker, and you can customize your experience with drinks depending on the company you use.
