Everything was perfect. The Yacht itself was perfect the Captain was very relaxed and nice. Couldn‘t have been any better for a day Charter.

Our experience on the ETHNA exceeded all of our expectations. The service truly was five-star. Captain Giuseppe is an expert at his craft; he always found the calmest waters, the very best viewing spots and areas for water sports and did a phenomenal job of taking care of logistics and coordinating our experiences off the yacht. His recommendations were always the best. Ciccio took great care of us, was always available to help and instruct with the water toys and, with his wonderful sense of humor, was lovely to spend time with. Nico cooked us the most delicious meals, and in fact we all agreed that his meals were without a doubt the best we had during the entire week. Jheanne provided exceptional service and always with a smile. Her joy was infectious, and within 24 hours of meeting her, she knew all of our individual preferences. She is amazing, and one of the highlights of the trip was her Filipino dinner. Jasmine was always so kind and quick to help out. We enjoyed getting to know the entire crew, who made us feel like family.
The entire charter was memorable, and our favorite times were honestly those spent onboard. The yacht is beautiful, but it was really the service we received that made the trip extraordinary.

Everything was absolute fine and all worked well and as expected. The boat was just as I hoped it would be, the staff were great, the food excellent and the water toys in particular were great. I would definitely hire Cassiopeia again. The only small criticism is that there didn’t seem to be a large enough supply of glasses as we frequently ran out and had to ask for more.

Thank you for a wonderful family experience with 3 generation on board. The crew did an amazing job assisting my 84 year old dad with boarding and disembark at each port.
It was also a beautiful touch each day with special amenities for my 9 year old daughter. The chef made sure she had food she would like. The chef did an excellent job preparing delicious meals each and every day. If I were to give constructive criticism the breakfast needed some variety each day.
The captain picked unique swimming spots each day and ports that were just spectacular.
The boat was clean and organized daily. Water sports provided were great. My family really enjoyed the seabob.

We loved our time aboard Sail Away! The crew was fantastic. Captain Sheldon was vey knowledgable and we always felt safe with him. Vanessa is wonderful! She is very kind and she goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable. We really like chef Marie too. She prepared delicious meals using lots of fresh ingredients. I would absolutely recommend this crew! As far as locations, we loved the North Sound and Jost Van Dyke. We had a good time hiking to the Bubbly pools. The Baths are amazing! It has been a pleasure working with the professional Boatbookings team and we look forward to our next adventure.
