The trip was fantastic, and both the boat and Crew over delivered. We really like the spacious layout of powerboats and the Lagoon 63. Jeremie, first and foremost, is a very capable captain. He also treated the boat well. Added bonus he is a terrific host and someone all of us enjoyed getting to know and shared many laughs. Marion is a super chef and blew us away. Great hostess and a pleasure to spend a week with as well.

Chartered the 4.8 in the Ionian Island in August 2023. It was the perfect vessel for our party of 4 couples. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. The rear main area wall recesses up into the ceiling, allowing for a more expanded open experience.
The captain and hostess (a married couple) were fabulous and really added to the overall extremely pleasant time spent. We all enjoyed every aspect of this experience. Would do it all over again in a heart-beat with Boatbookings.
Antonio was wonderful and we had the best day yesterday! He was informative as to the local scenery, the history, and the food and his crew were fantastic! He had all the drinks we wanted, a great breakfast and a tasty lemon birthday cake! Thanks again for the recommendation, I would use him again any time! Looking forward to Croatia in 2024 with Boatbookings!
The trip was a great success. The crew was PERFECT!...can’t say enough about each person. Food exceeded all expectations. Gained a lot of historical knowledge from the crew, which was awesome. Enjoyed the route we took and were encouraged to take the other direction over a span of 10-14 days.
Towns were beautiful and people were very nice/accommodating. My personal favorite was Nafplion. Hydra was a neat little village. But ultimately my favorite is hanging on the boat, and being in the water.
My only ‘wish’….no games on the boat. Would have been nice to have a few board games to choose from on a couple of evenings. First World problems…right? :-)
Boat was unbelievable. Not always necessary to have such a LARGE boat, but it certainly served the purpose with 4 couples.
Service was impeccable. Again, I just can’t scream loud enough how much we all enjoyed the whole crew. Felt like we were leaving friends and family when we left. Perfect!

Our charter in Croatia was great! I personally think that the boat made the trip. We really enjoyed life aboard and entire crew was terrific. We were all in agreement that a land-based exploration would have been far less interesting or fun!
The wine drinkers were really impressed with the wines. Croatian wines were not on anybodys radar and I believe that every single wine that was served received high praise.
Chef Mario did a great job. And we chose to only have one dinner out. Restaurant Mario was the Runaway favorite we were lucky to have good weather and really enjoyed the onboard toys.
Captain Ratko also made sure that we had an opportunity to get in a walk or a run almost every single day and that was greatly appreciated.

The trip was unparalleled. I could write a book with all of the special moments and highlights! The crew was wonderful to work with and provided such a high level of professionalism combined with so many personal touches.
Our chef Gianlucca consistenly provided Michelin-star quality offerings - the only reason we wanted to eat off the boat was to explore the region, but even compared to the Michelin class restaurants in the area, the food and wine pairings on board was consistently better. He was so skilled and knowledgable. Our captain and deckhand were wonderful as well. We always felt safe, had many moments of humor, but knew that we were always in good hands - from the managing of the boat to the knowledge and recommendations for trips in the area. As an added bonus, Gianlucca took professional pictures throughout our week and we were treated to a photo album of our wonderous adventures to look back upon and share with family and friends. We are so grateful! Thank you Boatbookings for such a fantastic charter!
LA FREGATE is our favourite boat and crew. The crew were awesome, and we look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for everything! The food was superb, delicious and loved trying all the new dishes. Every time we drink a gin and tonic, we will think of you guys! We have returned from our trip and I just wanted to follow up and let you know that we had an exceptional experience aboard the My Way with Captain Gian, Elisabeta and Mateo. I think it is fair to say that we hope to do this again in the future!

It has been tough getting back to the work grind after an unbelievable trip on the Amalfi Coast!
With such an incredible week with the many destinations we experienced it is difficult to pick a favorite. However, a few special highlights from the group;
1. Anchoring at Marina Piccola di Capri and dingy and taxi ride to Ristorante Da Paolino. On the return dingy trip, we passed through the Arco Naturale at night. It was amazing.
2. Favorite small town experience was staying at Marina di Sant Angelo and enjoying dinner on the water at Deus Neptunus. If you are into running hills and seeing the marina from above this is the spot. It was quite a challenging run but well worth it.
3. Shopping at Sorrento a must do. The girls needed more time and Captain Sante was most accommodating as usual. He had to move boat from marina and anchor to allow girls to shop for a few more hours.
4. Had an unforgettable hike in Amalfi. Valle Delle Ferriere was a stunning 3.2 mile descending hike. Took taxi up to trailhead and spent our time exploring ruins and waterfall on our way back to center of Amalfi. Took about 3 hours, not too demanding, and everyone really enjoyed it.
5) The Amalfi coast is such an amazing place and experiencing it on Soleanis II (on the water vs. land) exceeded everyone's expectation.
The overall service level throughout the entire week was exceptional. Captain Sante has incredible maritime knowledge / experience and accommodating all the guests needs / wants can be demanding but he made it look so transparent.
I have been boating for over 30 years and would take Antonio as a first mate in a heartbeat. Every single meal that Mario prepared was spectacular. Rosellas hospitality, attention to detail, and unprecedented service level was amazing. However, the lifetime memories that all of us will cherish is getting to know Captain Sante, Mario, Rosella, Antonio, and being able to share this experience with such incredible people. The interesting stories, getting to know them and hear about their families growing up in the Mediterranean area was very special.
A big shout out to the Boatbookings team for helping us with every aspect of the experience!
