Captain Jenna and Chef Darlene exceeded our expectations. “Timeless” was shipshape and a gentle ride and we were blessed with superb weather. We pretty much followed the planned itinerary with a few tweaks along the way. The best dining of the week was onboard by Darlene! For me the highlight of the trip was the sailing. Captain Thanasis is a wonderful captain. The way he handled the boat was amazing. His suggestions about where to go were right on. We loved all of the little coves and towns. Just the right balance of quiet and busy. His itinerary worked perfectly. Mariana was so sweet and efficient. Always there when we needed her, but not overly present. She even learned that I like sun tea and was happy to make some for me each day. George is a great cook, each meal was delightful. Loved the fish and creative ways he served it. We were very pleased with the greek inspired food. It is nice to eat food from the country we are in. Looking back, it might have been nice to have some lighter lunches, perhaps just a salad or sandwich for lunch occasionally. I only say this because I brought back a few extra pounds I don’t really need. We will probably wait a couple of years for our next trip, but definitely will be looking at a different area of the world. I will pass your email on to my kids and see if they have anything to add. Just back from a sensational charter on Eagle of Norway. We loved Marko and Nera - they are so knowledgeable and fun! Marko knows the best ports and restaurants in each of the towns we visited and set a perfect itinerary to discover the Dalmatian Islands. We explored Trogir, Hvar, Vis, Korcula, Mljet and Dubrovnik. Loved every one of them! The Lagoon 560 is in great shape and very clean. Breakfasts included local pastries, yogurt, meats, and cheeses. Lunches varied from curried chicken to filet mignon to grilled seabass. Marko and Nera are a great team in the kitchen! The experience was amazing. Even with the occasional rain, the off season worked perfectly for us. The beaches and sites scene weren’t too crowded. The staff was the most humble, service oriented, attentive to details. They were perfect. There’s no comparison with the crew of our last year catamaran. This one was more comprehensive and sensible. The food was exceptional. Tasty, abundant and well presented. The condition of the catamaran was very good as well. The air conditioning, one of the most important things for me, was perfect. The crew maintained the catamaran always very clean and in good shape. Thank you Boatbookings for your recommendation regarding the restaurant on my birthday.
