Captain Jonathan combines extensive command training on large yachts with professional safety, emergency response, security awareness, medical fitness, and bridge resource management qualifications, alongside a background in hotel management that sharpens his guest-focused approach. Captain Karel brings similarly advanced commercial command credentials, together with extensive leadership experience across charter yachts in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and the Americas. They are supported by Mate Dylan Duck Wells, Bosun Zachary Ruffels, Deckhand Kyle Doubell, and rotational engineers Paul Johannes Malherbe and Divan Venter, whose combined experience helps keep every crossing, anchorage, toy operation, and onboard system running smoothly and safely throughout the Bahamas.

MYBA Charter Terms:
The Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, running costs, harbor fees, food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance, such as fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other costs) are generally calculated at 30-40% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (15-20% of the Charter Fee, at the Charterer's discretion).
