The excellent onboard crew welcomes you with open arms for an ultimate charter experience from Montenegro to Croatia aboard the Sanlorenzo SL102 luxury crewed motor yacht JOURNEY as you revel in the comfort of her 5 cabins for 10 guests.Your Charter Crew:
The character of JOURNEY’s Montenegro charter really starts with the people running her, and at the helm is Captain Vido Martinovic, who grew up with this coastline as his backyard. His experience on cargo ships and in the yachting world allows him to read conditions, plan safe passages, and choose anchorages that balance comfort and scenery, all while keeping the pace calm and confident. Supporting him is Chief Engineer Dragoljub Cirovic, whose long-standing collaboration with Vido ensures the yacht’s systems are always ready, and deckhands Marko Madjor and Marko Lovrovic, seasoned seafarers who manage lines, water toys, and guest movements with a reassuring mix of skill and ease.
Fine dining on JOURNEY is shaped by Chef Lukas Marini, whose résumé reads like a tour of some of Europe’s most respected kitchens and yachts. He brings that depth of experience to Montenegro, using the local setting as inspiration for tasting menus, relaxed family-style spreads, and refined canapés enjoyed against the silhouettes of Boka Bay. Whether you are enjoying a quiet breakfast before a swim or a multi-course dinner after a day of exploring, each plate feels intentionally designed to match both the moment and the view, making cuisine a central part of the charter experience.
Chief Stewardess Maja Radulovic ties everything together inside the yacht, blending her passion for the ocean, travel, and interior aesthetics into service that feels both personal and polished. Her artistic eye shows up in the way she dresses the tables, arranges flowers, and maintains the flow of the day, while the two Markos ensure every tender ride, anchoring maneuver, and watersports session around Montenegro’s bays is handled with attention to safety and enjoyment. With Vido setting the course, Lukas crafting the flavors, Maja shaping the onboard atmosphere, and Dragoljub keeping every system performing at its best, JOURNEY becomes a Montenegro charter that feels cohesive, thoughtful, and quietly indulgent.
7-Day Sample Motor Yacht Charter Itinerary in Montenegro:
Tivat’s marina energy and mountain-framed bay feel different the moment you see them from the deck of the Sanlorenzo SL102 luxury crewed motor yacht JOURNEY. As you settle in and lines come off the quay, Montenegro opens up in front of you as a seven-day escape that feels both polished and easy to enjoy. From that first departure, your Montenegro yachting itinerary becomes a chain of bright-water anchorages, smooth coastal cruising, and well-chosen stops that reveal the most striking stretches of the Balkan Coast.
Once the rhythm of the charter settles in, your days start to revolve around moods rather than strict schedules. You might lean into watersports one morning, stretch out in the sun the next, or build a day around a long, lingering lunch with a view. Behind the scenes, the Boatbookings team partners with your crew to refine each detail, from timing and routes to reservations ashore, giving you the kind of freedom where you can slow down, change plans, or move on without any friction, and finish the week feeling genuinely in tune with Montenegro’s coastline.
JOURNEY's Adriatic exploration extends to Croatia, where you also enjoy a seven-day Croatia yachting itinerary. Historic ports draw you in with old stone streets and waterfront promenades, while quiet island anchorages offer clear water, afternoon swims, and unhurried time on deck. Each day blends discovery with calm stretches at sea, whether your focus leans toward exploring, collecting sun-soaked afternoons, or sitting down to refined dining that mirrors the character of each stop.

Overview:
From the moment you step aboard, JOURNEY feels like a yacht that understands understatement, a Sanlorenzo SL102 designed to impress through balance rather than excess. Her refined exterior lines hint at the engineering beneath, and once underway, her powerful engine reveals how easily she carries you along Montenegro’s dramatic coastline. The onboard layout has been carefully arranged to flow around your day, creating natural spaces for gathering, dining, and retreating, so the yacht always feels ready for whatever mood you are in.
Your mornings begin out on the foredeck lounge, where the Adriatic spreads out ahead of you and breakfast is laid on a table that catches both the light and the breeze. The alfresco dining setup turns simple choices into small pleasures, whether it is fresh fruit, pastries, or something cooked to order. As the day brightens, the flybridge calls you upward, offering sunbathing space with Kotor’s UNESCO World Heritage coastline quietly filling the horizon. When the sun starts to soften, you drift aft to the alfresco dining area, where the outdoor lounge becomes the heart of the evening, perfect for an unhurried coffee, a final glass of wine, or stories shared well past sunset.
Step inside and you find an interior that feels thoughtfully edited rather than overdone, shaped by modern Italian influences that favor clean lines and warm, welcoming tones. The saloon and dining areas are brightened by generous windows that pull in natural light and keep Montenegro’s views close, even when the doors are closed. Each cabin offers a private bathroom, giving every guest a consistent level of comfort and a quiet place to reset after long days of sun, sea, and discovery.
As your time in Montenegro settles into its best rhythm, the itinerary begins to feel more like a gentle suggestion than a fixed plan. You slip into well-known bays or quiet coves as the mood takes you, returning to clear water whenever you feel the pull to jump in again. With water toys always ready, you can choose between gentle exploration at the surface or more playful sessions in the water, each stop becoming its own small highlight. You end the day on deck, hair still damp with salt, watching the last light slide off the coastline, with the quiet sense that the Adriatic gave you exactly what you were hoping for.
