MYBA Charter Terms:
The Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht's laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engines, generators, water sports equipment, running costs, harbour fees, food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance, such as fuel, dockage, food, drinks, and other operating costs) are calculated at a minimum of 40% of the charter fee throughout the year. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (10–20% of the Charter Fee, at the Charterer's discretion). Mediterranean charters are subject to VAT, which varies by cruising destination and typically ranges from 6.5% to 22%.
