MYBA Charter Terms:
The Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, running costs, harbor fees, food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance, such as fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other costs) are calculated at 30% of the charter fee. VAT is also due at the current Croatian rate of 13%, alongside gratuities (10–15% of the Charter Fee, left to the discretion of the Charterer). Mediterranean charters are subject to VAT, which varies by cruising destination and typically ranges from 6.5% to 22%.
