Overview:
The French Riviera has no shortage of beautiful yachts, yet DIAMS still manages to catch the eye. Her striking blue hull gives the Astondoa 69 luxury motor yacht a strong visual identity, while her elegant silhouette hints at the easy, enjoyable charter experience waiting onboard. Modern amenities are woven throughout the yacht in a way that supports every kind of guest moment, from sociable gatherings to private downtime and everything in between. She feels particularly well-suited to those who want to experience the Riviera with style, comfort, and the freedom to enjoy each day as it comes.
Much of that pleasure begins on deck. The aft deck welcomes guests with an inviting alfresco dining area where regional delicacies can be enjoyed while the sun lowers over the water and the charming scene of Port Grimaud adds to the atmosphere. The foredeck bronzing area offers a more private escape, giving you a spacious place to lie back, feel the sun on your skin, and watch the coastline drift by. Higher up, the flybridge brings a different kind of pleasure with plush seating on either side, panoramic views of Cannes, and the kind of setting that makes a chilled bottle of Rosé feel exactly right.
Move inside, and the tone becomes softer, calmer, and wonderfully comfortable. The expansive saloon is filled with sunlight from oversized glass windows, while cushioned seating and warm teak finishes make the space feel immediately inviting. It works beautifully as a midday retreat, an evening gathering spot, or simply somewhere to enjoy the quiet after a more active stretch of the day. The overall effect is one of easy sophistication, allowing guests to feel at home onboard without losing the sense that they are somewhere special.
As much as DIAMS is about comfort, she also knows how to keep the Riviera spirit alive from day to night. After onshore explorations and water adventures, the four roomy cabins with private en-suites provide exactly the kind of private comfort guests want at the end of a full day. Later, you can step into the tender and head to the lively scene of St. Tropez, or stay aboard and enjoy the exciting array of water toys that promise more thrills on the Mediterranean. The charter went great! We cruised to St. Tropez, had lunch and then anchored and swam off the two islands next to Cannes. It was a very enjoyable and memorable day. The captain and crew were fantastic and helpful.
