This last week has truly been the most memorable vacation for our entire family. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to George and Demetris, for making our journey through the Cyclades on NOMAD II such an unforgettable adventure! George, your calm confidence and deep knowledge of boating and sailing the Argean Sea gave us more than just a smooth ride - it gave us a true appreciation for life on the water! Demetris, your talent in the kitchen was nothing short of magical. You managed to prepare delicious, authentic Greek meals that brought our family together around the table - no small feat with our picky eater, Cassidy! Your creativity + care made every meal a highlight, and the flavours you introduced us to will be a reminder of our time on board! Together, you made each day abroad NOMAD II something special, whether we were exploring a quiet bay, feeding crazy island deer, sharing a meal under the stars, or simply sailing from one beautiful island to the next. I am not one to send reviews or respond to questionnaires or like; however, with regards to our stay aboard LUCKY CLOVER for the seven days from August 5th to the 12th, I cannot not send this e-mail. Our trip was preceded by high expectations but it far exceeded those expectations. Captain Nicholas, Chef Lee and First Mate George became family. We could not have asked for a more attentive, professional and welcoming crew. They are truly gems. As you know there were eleven of us family members and to say that we were in tears leaving LUCKY CLOVER speaks volumes of our experience. The meal and the camaraderie at my birthday celebration on the 6th of August was truly memorable, not only for me but for all in attendance.
