The Spring Boat Show season is drawing to a close ready to be replaced by the excitement of events on the French Riviera, and we've seen some fantastic yachts for your summer 2014 charters.

The Genoa MYBA Yacht Charter Show
The gigantic port of Genoa becomes home to the finest charter yachts in April

Between 29th April and 3rd May 2014 sees the finest charter yachts in world descend on the huge port of Genoa for an exhibition like no other! Genoa is an opportunity to check out the best yachts on the charter market before they leave the port and start their charters for the season. This year was a hugely positive year, showing a boom in the charter market and many yachts circumnavigating and visiting exciting new destinations in the South Pacific!

LA DEA II

Built by Trinity Yachts in 2007, LA DEA II has undergone an extensive re-fit and re-style throughout 2012 and 2013. She returns to the charter market this year in like-new condition ready to receive guests. She is perfect for event charters and private charters alike, with 4 outside entertainment areas, formal dining spaces and a huge array of water toys. Her jazz and fundraising party at the Genoa Boat Show was truly inspiring, with an unrivaled team spirit from her experienced crew.

The West Mediterranean's new key spring show! The Palma Superyacht Brokerage & Charter Show first opened its door in 2013, with resounding success from all attending. This second year sees an increase in yachts, an increase in quality and an increase in brokers attending. This event is exclusively for yachts 24 meters or above, and is sponsored by Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association. Unlike other shows, the Palma show offers around 50:50 between sailing yachts and motor yachts.

The East Med Yacht Show, in the historic and beautiful port of Nafplion, is organized by the newly formed and funded Greek Yachting Association. The show takes place in early May, just in time to showcase the finest yachts in the East Mediterranean before they start their busy charter seasons. This is the inaugural year of the show but it has already proved popular with over 80 attending brokers from numerous countries and over 50 high-quality crewed motor yachts. The show kicked off with a stunning opening ceremony at the medieval castle overlooking the port.
