\"SARDINIABLOG1\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our growing bareboat charter team for a minimum of 18 months.\u00a0 Based in Athens you will be responsible for organizing bareboat Greek yacht charters for clients from around the world.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will be need to fulfil the following requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Have fluent spoken English and excellent written English with a minimum of BA education level<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong numeracy skills (to be able to negotiate on the phone)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keen to work in sales and have a flair for dealing with the commercial aspect of negotiating with both the client and the suppliers<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate a natural customer service set of skills<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Available to meet & greet the key clients chartering from Athens on a Saturday during the summer months<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum 6 months work experience<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An understanding and interest in the yachting and sailing industry<\/p>\n

While working with us, you will learn the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Selling & communication skills<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How to manage charter operations and customer service<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How to work with fleet managers<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How we apply social media and other technology to the art of chartering a yacht<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What it feels like to be in an energetic, startup organization that is run like a Silicon valley company.<\/p>\n

You will be required to be available for face to face interviews in May and then start working in early June.<\/p>\n
