Lambros<\/a><\/strong>, one of our specialist Caribbean charter brokers, attended the\u00a032nd Annual BVI Charter Yacht Show<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0from the 7th to the 10th of November this year! He was very impressed with the turnout at this year\u2019s show as well as the quality of yachts present. Read on to see his comments and\u00a0favorite<\/strong>\u00a0yachts<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n

\"Lambros\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cAs last year, the annual BVI Charter Yacht Show, organized by the BVI Charter Yacht Society, took place in Nanny Cay Marina, Tortola, BVI.\u00a0The 2013 show has been the biggest show so far with a record number of 77 participating boats.\u00a0In this year\u2019s show, the foremost display was clearly of crewed catamarans which, in an area where crewed cats reign supreme, is definitely on the up\u2026\u00a0Overall, the level of boats was rather\u00a0impressive with lots of new entries in the area including many modern boats with professional crews. Also, the existing boats were in pristine condition.\u201c<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lambros was particularly keen on the brand new\u00a0Fountaine Pajot<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0range including\u00a0ALETHEIA\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>and\u00a0ALEGRIA<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n

\u201cParticularly interesting were the new Fountaine Pajot catamarans!\u00a0These are 3rd generation design models, with an excellent use of space and so many amenities that it would take me forever to mention them all!<\/p>\n

Some notable points are:<\/p>\n

– They are super\u00a0eco-friendly boats<\/a><\/strong>, incorporating powerful solar panels that render them power-sufficient (when no A\/C is used of course!)<\/p>\n

– They both feature 5 very spacious interior cabins<\/p>\n

– They boast a very clever \u201ctender garage\u201d in the stern, with huge sunbathing areas on top\u201d<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n
