The 2011 season is underway and there are still yachts available that you can charter to be in the middle of some of the most amazing regattas in the world.
Caribbean Regatta Season
Janury 27-31 - Port Louis Grenada Sailing Festival
March 7-8 - Tobago Carnival Regatta
A radical regatta in Pigeon Point Heritage Park, Tobago, with droves of wind
surfers, Bum Boats, young optimists and traditional sailors all taking part in
one grand regatta.
February 11-13 - St Croix International Regatta
One hundred percent of the funds raised during the all-volunteer St. Croix
Yacht Club Hospice Regatta will go to support the end-of-life medical needs
of St. Croix residents, regardless of their ability to pay.
February 21 - RORC Caribbean 600
A 605 mile offshore race around the Caribbean Leeward Islands starting & finishing in Antigua. Organized by the Royal Ocean Racing Club in association with the Antigua Yacht Club
March 3-6 St Maarten Heineken Regatta
This 30 year old Caribbean classic regatta offers a unique cocktail of fun and serious racing.
March 24-27 - St. Barth's Bucket
This is an invitational regatta open to yachts over 100’. You can buy seats on spectator boats, or charter a yacht to watch these beauties compete.
March 25-27 - St Thomas International Rolex Regatta
Always the 4th weekend in March, this regatta offers sailors 3 days of competition and shoreside fun.
March 28 - April 3 - BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival
Warm water, hot racing in the Beautiful British Virgin Islands.
April 4-9 - Les Voiles de St. Barth
The inspiration for “Les Voiles de Saint Barth” is to create a regatta for beautiful sailboats to navigate in a festive spirit.
April 24-29 - Antigua Sailing Week
One of the premier sailing regattas in the world, Antigua Sailing Week welcomes participants from around the globe each year competing for the chance to win this prestigious race.
