No visible corrosion.
Interior clean and not worn.
Clean, non smelly Heads.
Biminis etc new and not torn.
All documents in order - license, insurance, etc.

Crew -
Speaks English.
Has excellent knowledge of the sailing area.
Is very dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Must be able to provide excellent customer testimonials. or
