Newport Rhode Island Yacht Charter

Newport RI - Old world charm, colonial history, the gilded age, spectacular yachting, and breathtaking scenery. Few cities have as much to offer the yacht charterer as Newport, Rhode Island.

Founded in 1639, Newport soon grew to be one of the most important ports on the East Coast. Over the years, it has been a hot spot of culture, trade, society, sports and of course, yachting.

Newport boasts three beautiful sandy beaches, Harbor Court, the Newport Station of the New York Yacht Club, world famous mansions built by notable families such as the Astors and the Vanderbilts, beautifully preserved colonial architecture, quaint seaside shops, galleries and restaurants, The Tennis Hall of Fame, and historical gems such as Touro Synagogue, the first synagogue in the United states and Trinity Church which has hosted George Washington, Queen Elizabeth and Desmond Tutu.
